The best Christmas cake... is full of dried fruit, almond flakes and brandy. It's matured for three months, topped up with 1-2 tbs of brandy every fortnight until Christmas.
The 20 cm / 8 inch cake serves 20-22 and costs $75. (Pictured cake is the 15 cm / 6 inch cake).
Orders close Friday 24th September. Baking will commence shortly after. Pick up your matured cakes from Doubleview from mid-December!
